    Resumen:
    El presente proyecto formula como preguntas problemas ¿qué posible simetría existe entre las diferentes tácticas de control o disciplinamiento social que se proyectan sobre los migrantes externos, en el marco institucional educativo y judicial? ¿Cómo se vinculan ambas instituciones con las poblaciones migrantes y de origen local? Sus hipótesis pretenden probar que los discursos y las prácticas de las instituciones educativa y judicial son portadoras de estigmas articulados al interior de un código moral hegemónico que segrega y excluye, privilegiando la condición de nativo, diluyendo la diversidad y estableciendo relaciones sociales de dominación y penalización diferenciales. Su objetivo general propone indagar el desempeño institucional y las estrategias relacionales entre los diferentes actores integrantes de la escuela y la justicia, focalizando las posibles diferencias respecto a la población nativa y a la población migrante llegada a partir de la segunda mitad del siglo XX. Para ello se ha diseñado una metodología cualicuantitativa basada en el uso complementario de fuentes primarias y secundarias de datos. Las fuentes primarias permitirán acceder a los discursos y las fuentes secundarias a las prácticas de ambas instituciones, de modo tal poder reconstruir el decir y el hacer, y en tanto tales, las representaciones sociales que la escuela y la justicia diseñan en torno a la cuestión de la diversidad étnica y nacional.
    Abstract:
    The present project formulates as questions-problems what possible symmetry exists between the different tactics from control social that projects on the inmigrants, institutional educative and within the framework judicial? How tie both institutions with the inmigrants populations and of local origin? Their hypotheses try to prove that the speeches and the practices of the articulated institutions educative and judicial are carrying of predjuices to the interior of a hegemonic moral code that it secretes and it excludes, privileging the condition of native, diluting the diversity and establishing social relations of domination and penalty differentials. Its general mission proposes to investigate the institutional performance and the relational strategies between the different integral actors from the school and justice, being focused the possible differences with respect to the native population and to the inmigrant population arrival from second half of century XX. For it a cualicuantitative methodology based on the complementary use of primary and secondary sources of data has been designed. The primary sources will allow to accede to the speeches and the secondary sources to the practices of both institutions, way such power to reconstruct saying and doing, and in as much such, the social representations that the school and justice design around the question of the ethnic and national diversity.
