    Resumen:
    En los últimos 10 años la (in)seguridad se ha convertido en tema prioritario de la agenda pública y en objeto recurrente del campo académico. Sin embargo, el fundamento del abordaje del tema tanto desde las políticas públicas como desde el campo académico parece apoyarse en la relevancia de un problema ya dado que reclamaría atención desde esos ámbitos. A su vez, la mirada de esos entramados se presenta como homogénea, cerrada. Este proyecto pretende indagar los modos en que el ámbito académico y el de las políticas públicas específicas construyen el problema de la (in)seguridad y las disputas que se producen tanto al interior de cada ámbito como entre ellos en la configuración del problema y en las modalidades de intervención propuestas y/o desplegadas. Para ello pretendemos inscribir este proyecto en la perspectiva de los estudios de gobierno/gubernamentalidad que, con herramientas provistas por los trabajos de Michel Foucault, procuran desandar el complejo entretejido de procedimientos de representación y de intervención que configuran la especificidad de las relaciones de gobierno en un espacio y tiempo determinados (Rose y Miller, 1990).
    Abstract:
    In the last 10 years the (in) security is had become priority topic of the public agenda and in recurrent object of the academic field. However, the foundation of the topic’s boarding both from the public policies and from the field academician seems to lean on the relevance of a problem given’ that would demand attention from those fields. A the same time, those approaches are presented as homogenous, closed. This project seeks to investigate the ways in which academia and the specific public policy construct the problem of (in) security, and disputes that occur both within each field and between them in the configuration of the problem and the forms of action proposed and / or deployed. To do so expect to register this project in the perspective of studies of government/governmentality that, with provided tools by of Michel Foucault’s works, try to retrace the interwoven complex of representation and intervention procedures that the specificity of the relationships set up of government in a space and determined time (Rose and Miller, 1990).
