    Resumen:
    Este proyecto expresa la continuidad y profundización del actualmente en ejecución, en el que analizamos la vinculación entre el Estado, la teoría social y la guerra. El primero como condición de formulación de las segundas, y cuyo desarrollo se visibiliza en las formas de la guerra, bajo la hipótesis de que las ciencias sociales se crearon con matriz estatal, y esta ha ido variando, lo que se observa en la morfología bélica. Aquí presentamos una profundización, circunscribiendo nuestra observación a la sociología, examinando el vínculo bidireccional entre ésta y la guerra: además del cuño estatal de la disciplina y su variación con la propia mutación de las funciones estatales, hay un nexo más directo, que es el involucramiento de parte de la sociología en la guerra. Nos referimos a la disciplina y no a los sociólogos, ya que intentaremos precisar la existencia de una construcción epistemológica de parte de la disciplina, durante el siglo pasado, nacido a partir de la Segunda Guerra Mundial y desarrollada desde entonces.Esta trama compleja no es abordada desde la academia, perdiendo así la oportunidad de ejercer "vigilancia epistemológica" sobre su propia producción teórica. Los cambios en las formas estatales, expresadas en la variación de la organización política del espacio, que se vislumbra claramente en la mutación de las formas de la guerra (hoy devenida mayoritariamente "terrorismo", sin teatros de operaciones ni fronteras, retaguardias o vanguardias), tiene su correlato en la formulación de desarrollos disciplinarios relativamente novedosos. Es esta nueva vinculación lo que nos proponemos indagar.
    Abstract:
    Society, State, War and Sociology This project expresses the continuity and the deepening of the current one in execution, in which we analyze the connection between the State, social theory and war. The first as a condition for the formulation of the latter, and whose development is seen in the forms of war, under the hypothesis that the social sciences were created with a state matrix, and this has been changing, which is observed in war morphology. Here we present a deepening, circumscribing our observation to sociology, examining the bidirectional link between it and war: in addition to the state's framework of discipline and its variation with the very mutation of state functions, there is a more direct nexus, which is the involvement on the part of sociology in war. We refer to the discipline and not to the sociologists, since we will try to specify the existence of an epistemological construction of part of the discipline, during the last century, born after World War II and developed since then.This complex plot is not approached from the academy, thus losing the opportunity to exercise "epistemological vigilance" over its own theoretical production. The changes in state forms, expressed in the variation of the political organization of space, which can be clearly seen in the mutation of the forms of war (nowadays mostly "terrorism", without theaters of operations or frontiers, rearguard or avant-garde), has its correlate in the formulation of relatively new disciplinary developments. It is this new linkage that we propose to investigate.
