    Resumen:
    El presente proyecto continúa y profundiza la línea de trabajo iniciada en proyectos anteriores consistente en un examen crítico de las concepciones imperantes sobre la representación de la división sexual del trabajo, con énfasis en el aspecto socio jurídico en los ámbitos laboral_ gremial y político, para Argentina. La actual propuesta amplia el análisis al período (2003_2014), e incorpora nuevos interrogantes. El foco estará puesto sobre la presunción frecuente respecto de asimetría entre ordenamientos constitucionales con amplia consideración de la equidad social y de género y, mecanismos efectivos que contribuyan a su concreción. Concretamente se propone explorar la existencia en la actualidad de disparidad entre el ordenamiento legal y su efectivo ejercicio Para ello plantea: a) revisar el contenido y vigencia de informes, elaborados por organismos responsables, del seguimiento de las obligaciones contraídas por Argentina, en materia de derechos (humanos) de las mujeres; sus observaciones y recomendaciones con énfasis en el ámbito laboral gremial y político. b) Avanzar en la caracterización de requerimientos, desde la óptica de representantes del trabajo organizado; ONG de la sociedad civil, con foco en la discrepancia entre el ordenamiento formal y el goce sustantivo de los derechos consagrados. c) indagar sobre la existencia de aéreas y prácticas institucionalizadas que garanticen a las mujeres trabajadoras la posibilidad real de acceso a la información así como a la instancia judicial y su sostenimiento, durante el proceso que conlleva el reclamo por el ejercicio de sus derechos.
    Abstract:
    Sexual Division of Labor and Equity: An unstable correlation This project continues and extends the line of research initiated in the prior project (S449), consisting of a critical examination of current conceptions about the representation of the sexual division of labor, with emphasis on the social and juridical dimensions of labor, in Argentina, in the period 1984-2004. This proposal broadens the analysis to the present day and incorporates new questions. It will focus on the frequent assumption concerning the asymmetry between constitutional provisions which offer a wide consideration of social and gender equity and effective mechanisms that may contribute to their enforcement. This proposal specifically seeks to explore the current existence of disparity between legislation and its effective enforcement. In order to do that, it will: a) revise the content and validity of reports, issued by organisms which are responsible for monitoring the obligations contracted by Argentina, regarding the (human) rights of women; their observations and recommendations, with emphasis on labor. b) Advance the characterization of requirements _from the point of view of representatives of organized labor; NGO of civil society, and the working women themselves_ with focus on the discrepancy between formal provisions and the substantive. possession of stated rights. c) investigate the existence and effective validity of institutionalized areas and practices that may guarantee working women the real possibility of access to information as well as the right to start a lawsuit and carry it on along the process that claims for enforcement of rights involve. 1) Sexual division of labor 2) social representation and conflict 3) social and gender equity
