    Resumen:
    El proyecto se propone como objetivo general describir y problematizar las tensiones entre itinerarios biográficos, campos disciplinares y culturas institucionales intervinientes en los procesos de producción y transmisión de conocimiento universitario a partir del análisis de las trayectorias de docentes, investigadores e investigadoras que se desempeñan en el área de estudios sobre género y sexualidades en tres facultades (Ciencias Sociales, Psicología y Filosofía y Letras) de la Universidad de Buenos Aires. Este objetivo busca profundizar la indagación en torno a la experiencia universitaria como modo de acceso a las transformaciones recientes en la universidad pública. La hipótesis general de este proyecto sostiene que el análisis de estas trayectorias académicas permite no sólo reconstruir el proceso de institucionalización de un campo particular sino también identificar y problematizar las mutaciones recientes de las fronteras disciplinares e institucionales que organizan la producción legítima de conocimiento, las transformaciones históricas producidas en el ámbito universitario desde el inicio del actual ciclo democrático hasta el presente y los cambios entre los espacios público y privado que reconfiguran las biografías de los sujetos institucionales. Para ello, adopta una estrategia cualitativa que recurre, por un lado, a la realización de entrevistas en profundidad a docentes, investigadores e investigadoras que hayan comenzado sus tareas con posterioridad al año 1983 y que se encuentran actualmente en actividad, con el propósito de indagar de manera diacrónica- retrospectiva su trayectoria biográfica y académica; por otro, se propone una indagación sincrónica de cursos y seminarios universitarios centrados en la transmisión de conocimiento en este área, a partir de la observación de clases seleccionadas como emergentes de las entrevistas.
    Abstract:
    This project intends, as a general aim, to describe and problematize the tensions between biographic itineraries, disciplinarian fields and institutional cultures intervening in the university knowledge productions and transmissions processes. In order to achieve that goal, trajectories from teachers and researchers working in the gender and sexualities area in three faculties (Social Sciences, Psychology and Philosophy and Literature) of the University of Buenos Aires will be analyzed. This aim intends to go in depth the inquiry around the university experience as a way of access to recent transformation in the public university. This project’s general hypothesis maintains that the analysis of academic trajectories allows not only to re-build the institutionalization process of a particular field, but also to identify and problematize the recent mutations of the disciplinary boundaries and institutions that organize the legitimate knowledge production, the historic transformations produced in the university area from the beginning of the current democratic cycle to the present, and the changes between public and private spaces that re-organize the institutional subjects’ biographies. To do so, it adopts a qualitative strategy that resorts to, on the one hand, the carrying out of interviews in depth to teachers and researchers that have begun their tasks after 1983 and that are currently working, with the propose of inquiring in a diachronic-retrospective way their biographic and academic trajectories. On the other hand, it proposes a synchronic inquiry of university courses and seminars centered on the knowledge transmission in this area, from the observations of selected courses that emerged from the interviews.
