    Resumen:
    El presente proyecto se propone la producción de un entramado conceptual articulado que permita nuevos análisis sobre las relaciones entre violencia y cultura, explorando la articulación paradójica de lo prohibido y su trasgresión. Es decir, del vínculo entre el orden socio-simbólico y lo que éste postula como su exterior antagónico. Para ello abordaremos comparativamente los discursos teóricos de Bataille, Lacan y Kristeva con el fin 1) de establecer cuáles son sus nociones de orden socio-simbólico, sujeto, ley, trasgresión y abyecto; 2) de especificar los distintos tipos de relaciones que postulan entre estas nociones fundamentales; para 3) dar cuenta del estatuto implícito, explicito ovirtual que dentro de sus dispositivos conceptuales obtienen el crimen, el castigo penal, el criminal, y las reacciones colectivas que estos suscitan; y finalmente 4) producir una serie de herramientas conceptuales que aporten a la construcción paradigmática de una criminología cultural.
    Abstract:
    The goal of this project is to weave a plot of concepts that allow the production of new analysis of the relationships between violence and culture, exploring the paradoxical articulation of the forbidden and the transgression, meaning by this, the link between the social symbolic order and what it proposes as its own antagonizing outer side. For this purpose we will conduct a comparative analysis of the theoretical productions from Bataille, Lacan and Kristeva in order to: 1) establish which are their notions of socio-symbolic order, subject, law, transgression and the abjection; 2) to specify the different kind of relations proposed between these notions; 3) to define the implicit, explicit or virtual statute of crime, legal punishment, the criminal, and the collective reactions they arise, in their own conceptual frameworks. 4) And, finally, to produce a series of theoretical tools to help the construction of a paradigm for cultural criminology
