    Resumen:
Our investigation aims to vindicate aspects of sociologies buried by the Contemporary Social Theory in relation to its potentiality to rethink social order from a genetic perspective which elucidates its production, emergency and accomplishment. We seek to assess the dominant positions in the Contemporary Social Theory referring to the character of social order, with special attention to the way in which it is composed in the form of a tension between action and structure. We hoped to state that in this interpretation the accent is set in the gravitation of structure over action, with the consequent preference for a static perspective which tends to view social order as a phenomenon already constituted and not as a process of constitution and ongoing accomplishment. Brief, we aim to revisit previous traditions as well as perspectives contemporary but critic to the paradigm that we propose to review, in order to rethink the constituent pole of social structures and to reconsider the very nature of the constituted pole as complex, fuzzy and epistemicaly uncertain
